Diese AGB gelten für alle Käufe von Software-Produkten über Zorro'sLab (zorroslab.com). Der Verkauf erfolgt über Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), der als Merchant of Record auftritt und die Zahlungsabwicklung übernimmt.
Mit dem Abschluss des Kaufvorgangs über Paddle kommt ein Kaufvertrag zwischen dem Käufer und Paddle.com Market Ltd. zustande. Andreas Gronmaier ist Softwarehersteller und Lizenzgeber.
Nach erfolgreichem Kauf erhält der Käufer per E-Mail einen Download-Link sowie einen Lizenzschlüssel. Die Lieferung erfolgt ausschließlich digital – es gibt keine physische Lieferung.
Der Käufer erhält eine nicht übertragbare, nicht exklusive Lizenz zur Nutzung der Software auf eigenen Geräten. Eine Weitergabe, Vervielfältigung oder Dekompilierung der Software ist nicht gestattet.
ZorroBilly und ZorroSmart erfordern macOS 13 oder neuer. ZorroAhorro erfordert iOS 16 oder neuer. Der Käufer ist für die Prüfung der Kompatibilität verantwortlich.
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Mängel sind per E-Mail zu melden. Wir bemühen uns um schnelle Behebung durch Updates.
Die Apps dienen der persönlichen Finanzorganisation und stellen keine Anlage- oder Steuerberatung dar. Für Entscheidungen auf Basis der App-Daten wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Wir behalten uns vor, diese AGB anzupassen. Die jeweils aktuelle Version ist auf dieser Seite abrufbar.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Friedrichshafen, Deutschland.

These Terms apply to all purchases of software products through Zorro'sLab (zorroslab.com). Sales are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), who acts as Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing.
By completing a purchase through Paddle, a sales contract is formed between the buyer and Paddle.com Market Ltd. Andreas Gronmaier is the software developer and licensor.
After a successful purchase, the buyer receives a download link and license key by email. Delivery is digital only — no physical delivery.
The buyer receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on their own devices. Redistribution, copying, or reverse engineering of the software is not permitted.
ZorroBilly and ZorroSmart require macOS 13 or later. ZorroAhorro requires iOS 16 or later. The buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
Statutory warranty rights apply. Defects should be reported by email. We will endeavor to resolve issues promptly through updates.
The apps are tools for personal financial organization and do not constitute investment or tax advice. No liability is accepted for decisions made based on app data.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Friedrichshafen, Germany.
